OPEN architecture are involved in a joint venture for the re-development of the Farmers Site and the Hitchen Hatch Car Park council site, in Sevenoaks, Kent. The proposal includes designs for a 100 bed Hotel as well as Residential usage, and will aim to improve the architectural treatment viewed from the station.
