OPEN architecture recently secured planning for a large-scale refurbishment and extension for a locally listed asset in the Wildernesse Estate.

The Bailey Scott house is being optimised to respect its former glory whilst being brought up to the 21st century. The new extension allows for an enlarged seating area within the main house, ensuring natural light penetrates the middle of the home as well as creating a new kitchen/dining/utility/boots area leading to a wellness suite and new garage with accommodation above.

We are super excited about this one and cannot wait to get works underway.
