PLANNING APPROVAL FOR A SIDE EXTENSION


We have just received planning approval from Bromley Town Planning to build a new extension to house a utility area, boot room and an all-important dog bath! The existing utility area will be removed to allow for a larger and more useable kitchen area, and we have also designed a space for a sauna and new gym in the current garage.

The property itself is a new build and built only 7 years ago. It is also located within a gated community, so our proposal had to be sensitive to the style of the surrounding properties. Therefore, the extension will blend into the current property with a brick finish and a pitch roof.
