Our projects undertaken in the local area include a large amount of work on residential domestic buildings. We recently developed a project on Shipbourne Road in Tonbridge. The scheme involved the demolition of the existing dwelling and associate outbuildings and replacing them with a new-build modern cottage and garage. We have also undertaken a number of residential commercial projects in nearby Tunbridge Wells. Our aim for these projects is always to maximise the use of space whilst maintaining a commercial, ethical and ecological approach. The town belongs to the parliamentary constituency of Tonbridge and Malling, which is divided into seven local government wards. Kent County Council is responsible for education, social services and trading standards in the area. Both councils are involved in town planning and road maintenance. The region has largely retained its ‘market town’ atmosphere and has many attractions to visitors and residents alike. It is known far and wide for the well-maintained Castle Gatehouse just off Tonbridge High Street.

There are also great transport links in the area with Tonbridge Railway Station considered one of Kent’s busiest; over 4 million passengers use it each year. The station is an important railway junction with lines to London, Ashford, Hastings and Redhill. There are also some major road links in the region including the A21 between London and Hastings and the A26 between Maidstone and Brighton. The region is also close to the M25 with fantastic links across the country. There are plenty of other great local amenities in a region that is also known for a high standard of education. Tonbridge School is a major independent school for boys in the region with most of its pupils boarding on-site.
